1. Who we are
ESTER is a web design and development business based in Hungary. These terms apply to all services we provide. By engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We design and build custom websites on request. Each project is scoped individually based on your brief. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price are agreed upon before work begins.
3. Payment
Payment terms are agreed per project. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remainder due on delivery. We reserve the right to withhold final files until payment is complete.
4. Revisions
We include revision rounds in every project. Revisions refer to adjustments within the agreed scope. Significant changes to the original brief may be treated as additional work and priced separately.
5. Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final website we deliver. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content, branding assets, and timely feedback. Delays caused by late responses on your side may affect the delivery timeline.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of a website we've built, including but not limited to lost revenue or business interruption.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes will be handled under Hungarian jurisdiction.
